Q: Will the recordings be available after the challenge?

Replays will be available inside the private Facebook group briefly during the challenge week so you can catch any session you miss. The live training runs one hour each day (12–1 PM EST), with VIP adding an additional hour from 11 AM–12 PM EST. Total: about 90 minutes per day for General, 2.5 hours for VIP.
